History:

Established in 2012

Former co-owner of Spaghetti Ravioli Hair Salon, Lewis was in partnership with Devin Romero, both in business and in life. The duo had been in business for 20+ years when they amicably made a choice to go their separate ways. The two are well known and respected by their industry peers and clients as a successful Hair styling and Make-up artist duo. The sadness for Romero and Lewis can be felt because this is for sure the end of an era for this style duo in San Francisco; however, don't be sad for too long. Lewis is now the owner of Sanctuary Hair Salon. Lewis has a new lease on life. Sanctuary Hair Salon has 3000 square ft. with a Sutter St. address. Specializing in all areas of cosmetology, Lewis is still creating seamless styles that rock. From the punk to the socialite, clients receive a couture coiffe that is suited specifically for them. Each receive an individual style and hair-type considerations. Clients always feel safe wearing Lewis' designs. Lewis believes that "all people are naturally beautiful", he says, "and it's my job to be able to see that natural beauty and work with it, not against it".
